The standard lead time for orders is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. The maximum production time is 9 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. The stated lead time does not apply to custom orders, for which the production time is determined individually.
The lead time is calculated from the moment the deposit is received.
The delivery date = lead time + estimated shipping time.
For courier shipping, delivery time is 2 business days.
For domestic freight shipping, the delivery time is arranged individually, usually up to one week.
Standard delivery is made curbside only, meaning it does not include bringing the order inside.

Excessive dryness (below 45%) may cause cracking and shrinkage of the wood.
Humidity above 65% may lead to swelling and warping.
Recommended indoor temperature: 18–24°C.
Avoid sudden temperature changes, as they may cause stress in the wood.
Do not place furniture near radiators, fireplaces, or other heat sources (minimum distance: 1 meter).
Direct UV exposure may cause fading and color changes in water-based varnish.
It is recommended to use curtains, blinds, or UV-protective films in sunlit rooms.
